A super buy for the asking price, lemons and limes throw themselves at you. Wonderfully expressive aromatically with great fruit presence in the mouth, it is taut with a lovely chalky feel. A lick of fruit sweetness can be seen but sizzling acidity keeps the beat. For the money, this is a classic refreshment either on its own or with seafood. I opted for the former by the water with the scent of seaspray gently wafting through the air. Winning!
