Made using 16% whole bunches, the Shiraz for this wine comes from four vineyards in Stonewell, Light Pass, Hallet Valley and the Eden Valley.
Good density fills the mouth with mulberries and blue fruits. Baking spices run a neat course throughout with a touch of cured meat and cedar. Dried herbs and shades of aniseed persist and urge you to come back for more. Great stuff.
