I'm told this is the only Crement de Rosé in Australia but I'm happy to be corrected.
A blend of Cabernet, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir (65/16.5/12.5/6), this was born to create a point of difference in the market. There's a dancy presence about the way this carries itself early, before it digs its heals in with some grip and traction. A faint nuttiness resides in the background before it tenses and coils around the mouth. Savoury driven, enjoy this with fresh seafood to cold meats to quail.
Drink to three years.
