Chardonnay for the beach. There's a sense of cool and calm about this. Think green apples and sea spray.
Some complexity as a result of time in oak, but this is more about freshness than furrowed brow concentration face on if you know what I mean. A whisper of white stone fruit makes a brief introduction with a scattering of ginger spice seeing it through. A wine that skirts the topic of conversation and just seems present. It goes okay.
Drink to three years.
