Riesling lovers put this on your list. So refreshing. So moreish. Where's that seafood?
From a vintage that saw low yields - Mitchell's lowest since the 1960s to be precise. This was a result of heat and wind during flowering and fruit set. The fruit was sourced from three sites with the highest sitting at 430m above and 350m the lowest.
Lemon sherbet, lime leaf, with a burst of citrus juice rippling through. Delicate texture is the result of eight months on lees. A boney minerality ticks away in the background with scents of bath salts adding more intrigue. Beautifully balanced, another fabulous Mitchell Riesling.
