Levantine Hill Mélange Traditionnel Blanc 2014

The inaugural release, it's a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Viognier. 100% barrel fermented in a mix of foudres, puncheons, hogsheads and barriques for ten months.

Apricots, lemon zest, and cashews. It's richly textured and creamy with a hint of grapefruit like acidity. Finishes long and soft with a gingery spice. Everything here just falls into a neat groove - delicious!

Cheeseboards and creamy pasta dishes are calling.

Very good+
