Lots of fresh pears and apples and some tart lemon here. There's what appears to be a creaminess through the mid palate but it's certainly not from oak - this was made in stainless steel.
An ever so soft sprinkle of spice chips away at the end, but the clean, crisp and well balanced delivery can't be denied. A great drink all up - here's cheers to Spring!
