Penley Estate Echo Sparkling Pinot Noir 2016

Coonawarra Pinot Noir. Probably one of the better things to do with it is make it fizzy. Pinot doesn't fair that well in the region. A fair drink for twenty bucks.

Straight bat Pinot Noir with bubbles - the simplest way to look at it really.

Some earthy action is entwined with dark red cherries and red berries. Tea-like tannins to finish. Nothing overly energising nor exciting here.

Drink now.
