One whiff and I know where Schwarz is coming from. This is a superb expression of Barossa GSM.
Baked plums, raspberries and cherries, it's medium bodied with tantalising depth and fluidity.
Blue fruits, tilled earth, baking spices and dried red flowers all add layers of interest. A wine on its toes - its vibrancy screams for attention.
