Something a little different. Something a little superb. It's a wine which may not be for everyone but it pushes the boundaries and gets the taste buds singing. Pinot Gris on skins - ripping for 20 bucks!
50% whole berry fermentation and 50% whole bunch fermentation then both combined and pressed to old oak for three months.
An electric start. Whiffs of underripe strawberry, green tea and basil. Not the aromas one would expect but they sizzle. Bone dry, the pear, strawberry and apple fruit is generous and moreish in the mouth - so good! Green tea tannins to finish. Yes!
