Such a delicious wine! The sort of stuff that could be fed to me via a drip and I'd have no qualms. Super Grenache!
My first thought after taking a sip was "bunchy". Sure enough, it's got 85% whole bunches. The savoury characters really bound forward yet the pretty fruit won't be outdone. Cut green herbs and dried herbs, some stalkyness along with those savoury notes. Add some char and charcuterie meatiness before the raspberry coulis and juicy red fruits rumble through. Those fruits are juicy and moreish not wanting to be missed - delightful I must say. Super soft spices sneak into the mix, almost undercover not wanting to be seen. I just want to sip again and again. Freakin' tasty Grenache - ain't no doubt.
