Quite rounded and soft, canned pear fruit and tinges of green apple peel are laced with citrus zest and a fine spice to close. I keep coming back to the way the fruit just sways around the mouth so effortlessly. Crisp acidity makes its mark too. I could drink a couple of glasses easy. Well worth checking out.
