A tremendous wine and fabulous example of the variety. Some fruit sweetness early, but the energy in the purple appearance captivates the eye. There's so much going on too - think dark cherry, some ripe blue fruit and red berries. Coupled with clove and a touch of some earthiness, it's a wine which oozes charisma with its smooth delivery. What's more, the acidity closes it out perfectly. Super drinking!
