Indigo Vineyard Secret Village Roussanne 2017
I really like the freshness that this wine offers. A delicious drop.
Straw and preserved lemons aromas arouse the interest levels. Some creaminess through the mid-palate. It's keen with tense acidity - the type to aid a little more aging or to cut through something fatty. I'm thinking pork crackling...
There's generous fruit on offer before a ginger nut biscuity spice charms you at the death. Solid autumn lunchtime drinking.
Drink now to five years.
