Pan fried chorizo and then some. Gloriously meaty. Prosciutto and pancetta too. Give me the meat board and a large glass.
A blend of Canberra and Hunter Valley Shiraz, blackberry fruit swims beneath that cover of thinly sliced deli delish. Medium bodied, fine spices are headed up by cloves that waltz through the mouth. Black tea leaves and an earthy drive pushes through to a moreish and lip smacking finish. Gimme more kinda stuff.
