This Non Vintage release is based on the 2018 which spent 21 months on lees. Such a delicious slurp, it waltzes through the mouth. Soft biscuit and lemony citrus drives the flavour profile. A delicate creamy factor with a sly red berry appearance coming late. So refreshing. Yum, yum, yum.
