Fine boned, a slight whiff of honey before white-fleshed stonefruit and a touch of glace pineapple reach for an embrace early. They just keep washing through with a softly softly approach. A concentrated push of vanilla and Brulee a highlight. It fills the palate and gains momentum. Lemon acidity draws in on close with a hum of ginger spice ticking away. Impressive.
