This is good. Really good. And I dislike Sauv Blanc immensely. So refreshing and lightly textured, it screams for sunshine, beaches and seafood. All at once would be preferable.
It sees some time in oak which has imparted a soft creaminess and an alluring texture that just hangs. But that doesn't take away from the tropical fruit, lemon juice and grapefruit acidity which brings the mouth water. The back label even suggests mandarin and you can definitely see as the finish just sits and gets comfortable. Fab stuff this.
