Good persistent delivery from this Blanc de Blanc.
It comes across in three parts - front, middle and acid. If only there was a better fluency to back up the good fruit. Baked bread and tangy lemons are the main players. Good textural presence is delivered mid-palate with an underripe green apple acidity.
