A voluptuous white which calls for a generous plates of summer time food under big shady trees. There's much to enjoy here for those who enjoy a richer, rounder wines.
Golden straw in the glass, whole bunch pressing and wild fermentation has added wonderful textural appeal. A tsunami of fruit runs a neat course headed by poached pears, quince and green apples. There's a touch of yellow peach too. A mouthfilling wine, the scent of yellow flowers was welcome as well but it's the nuttiness that has me hooked. A great find for those seeking new varieties to explore.
Drink now to five years.
