From Block H, this Pinot is only released in exceptional years. Since 1998, this is only the fourth release under this label which is a nod to the TarraWarra Estate founders.
A Pinot which doesn't miss a beat - this is plush. It's earthy and draped in fine spices. Tea tree, blood orange and apricot kernel rise up with strawberries and twigs not far from the action. Gorgeously weighted, you get a sense this just floats and glides through the mouth unobstructed. A long and memorable finish follows - sublime really.
