Fresh Sauvignon Blanc characters are balanced by soft textural influences from time in old oak. Passionfruit, green melon, green mango and cut herbs. Some gooseberry raises it's hand too but there's a calm about these rather than a excited burst of freshness. A creamy feel lingers long on a more than respectable finish. Yes yes.
