From a dry grown North Barossa block planted in 1954 and perched 270 metres above, it is said by some to be the flattest site in the region.
Seeing eight and a half months in old French oak, this just hums a soft tune caressing the insides with absolute ease. Red flowers, strawberry and raspberry fruit are laced with fine exotic spices and even hints of aniseed. Dangerously velvety smooth, its delicate touch exudes a casual stroll down Pleasure Lane urging for another sip. And it would be rude not to. Go here, please do.
Drink now to six years.
