Generous and rich, here we have a thirteen-year-old Chardonnay smashing it out of the park.
Opening with soft yellow stonefruit before lemon and citrus flower characters loom large. Some biscuity and roasted cashews feels add to a layered palate that is equally measured and interesting. You just want to get in deep. Delicate vanilla and some creaminess from the French oak flow with ease with a lemon curd tang that just hangs on close. I could lap that persistent finish up all day. A classy aged Chardonnay.
