Thomas Wines Synergy Semillon 2015

Vintage 2016 has already started for Thommo, his verjuice hit the crusher yesterday. By Thommo's side this year is Scott Comyns (ex Pepper Tree) who is an great winemaker in his own right; a pretty damn good combo. Comyns is unveiling his new label in 2016 too - watch this space.

I found this review sitting idle in my backlog - apologies Thommo for not getting it out earlier.

Generous pours of this and sunshine would be best friends. Lemongrass and grassy, it's certainly crisp and refreshing and has thirst quenching appeal. Zippy acidity cleanses the palate, and whilst the fruit is doesn't possess a lot of depth, I don't care. It disappears oh too easily. Top value for $20.

Drink now.

Very good.
