We have a spicy sucker here.
A whiff of red florals and a hint of rhubarb before cured meat driven by a mild Hungarian salami spiciness hauls some dark plums and boysenberry along for the ride. Peppery spice sits happily on the mid palate just like a postage stamp. I'm a big fan of this. I'm thinking a glass and some smoked wagyu brisket = happy days.
Drink now or cellar for a few years.
Very good.
