d'Arenberg The Broken Fishplate Sauvignon Blanc 2016

A refreshing drink to put some chill into a sweltering day.

Sourced from the Adelaide Hills, it sits on the tropical fruit spectrum of Sauvignon Blanc steering clear of the grassy and herby types.

Firm acidity drives through cleansing the mouth - the fattiness of fish and chips would match a treat. Some phenolics linger to finish. Good going.

Drink now.
