Made with fruit sourced from Heathcote, Sam Coverdale's vision for his Even Keel range is to use the best parcels from various regions to deliver wines of distinction.
Bone dry, strawberries and cream set the scene here. Cranberries highlight the showcase of red fruits. A dash of savoury action on the finish plus some textural appeal adds another layer of interest.
Worth a look for sure.
