It smells grand. Reeks of prestige - and so it should. Cabernet with its foot to the floor.
Cassis, blackberries and blackcurrants, there's a seductive power and drive. A good whack of cedar and sandalwood oak is tempered slightly by chocolate and some savoury flecks. Firmish tannins auger well for long term cellaring.
Drink now or cellar long term.
