TarraWarra Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2015

Serious Chardonnay. Just like Rebecca Judd's Brownlow dress from 2004, there's enough coverage to satisfy every fan but also enough concealed to create intrigue and mystery.

Jersey caramel, fig, fleshy white peach. Refined, it gracefully dances across the mouth on point. Not a piece out of place, it's beautifully weighted. Cashews cruise through as does a squeeze of lemon before that fig swoops back into the frame late.

I would be content to have bottomless glasses of this on hand. Delish and then some.

It will continue to improve in the bottle and age up to ten years.
