Built ready to stand the test of time and was still drinking well on day three.
Spice rub, cloves, dark plums and mulberries and black fruits are neatly interwoven. Dark chocolate oak clings to a long finish. There's a density here but you don't feel bogged down.
Drinking well now but will continue to evolve nicely in bottle.
