Straight up and down Pinot Noir Rosé made with fruit sourced from the Canberra district.
A savoury type, it's a little warm with a spicy finish. Not overly fresh, it goes okay with good red berry fruit and a touch of cream. The finish is bitter and a bit harsh. The type of Rosé that needs food - think charcuterie boards.
