Pinot Blanc can be said to deliver quite fruit forward style wines but there's more savoury action on the go here.
A pleasant enough drink, pastry, raw nuts, and some dried herb take the reins from the outset. Some pears and lemons rise up but seem to be kept at arm's length. There's good depth with a crisp finish to round things out. I could have a glass with a meal.
Drink now to five years.
