Fifty percent whole bunch pressed, barrel fermented then aged in oak for four months, there's a generous offering of well-handled fruit, savoury goodness and spice to close.
Aromas of nectarine skin, pears, a dash of lemon and fine cinnamon spices all combine to set an inviting scene. Fleshy yellow stonefruit, a soft nutty drive and a zippy citrus acidity strengthen its appeal. Better still, it just feels good as it rolls through the mouth. A lovely wine.
Drink now to three years.
