Paxton Now Rosé 2019

Here's a new range of wines from Paxton. The NOW range stands for Natural Organic Wine with this the debut Rosé. Fruit driven with no added preservatives, the fruit comes off organic and biodynamic vineyards.


A smell and a taste and I'm thinking the white bits of watermelon and strawberry. Redcurrants and pomegranate add pleasure to a clean and crisp delivery. The aroma of a ferment is still present but most will bypass this without much fuss. Grab a glass with some charcuterie.
