I'm not the biggest Sauv Blanc fan - most would know that, but here's a release worth seeking if refreshing white wine is your go.
Bursting with passionfruit, limes, cut herb and generous guava. Clean and crisp, partial barrel fermentation has added some textural interest through the mid-palate as well as contributing to a wonderful length. Well balanced, it's a double thumbs up.
Drink now.
