Some texture seems to be the aim with 50% whole bunch pressed and four months spent in old oak barrels. The brief has been achieved with a soft feel through the mouth. Tropical fruit is evident with a little tension from the acid. A citrusy touch chimes in late adding further appeal. Good stuff all up.
