It's a wine you could get comfortable with. There are layers of interest aplenty, each peeling back with more time in the glass. Black earth underpins mulberries, blue fruits, and dark plums. There's an easy flow through the mouth with a dab of sweetness peering through late. Fine black tea and brick dust tannins delicately coat the palate sitting in much longer than expected. A great release and a wonderful addition to the ever-growing d'Arenberg range.
Drink now to six years.
