Guneemooroo Organic Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Fine boned is the best way to describe this Cabernet. The fruit was harvested off vines planted in 1983, this wine was previously awarded the Top Gold Medal at the 2017 Mudgee Wine Show.

 Step away from the big and dense Cabernet styles to this more elegant take. It glides through the mouth with absolute ease with a grippy tannin on exit. Red and black fruits sizzle pulling you in close yet you can't help but feel relaxed in its presence. Another large pour, please.
