Vinifera was established in 1994. Their 12 hectare organic vineyard has seven varieties in the dirt.
A pretty clean wine. The fruit rolls around the mouth with ease. Good varietal traits, dusty earth and sapping powdery tannins dry all moisture from the mouth. It just lacks a little X factor.
