Soft fruit and crunchy acid are the highlights for me with this Pinot Gris release.
Underripe pear, green apple and some honeyed tones work beautifully in unison. The edge of the palate is lined with super fine cinnamon-like spices. Intriguing textural feels give more reason to reach forward for another sip. And perhaps I just will, time and time again.
Drink now.
