Oh I like this. Granite and minerally feels are packed in with plenty of savoury medium-bodied fruit.
A quarter of this saw new French oak. Whole bunches were also used (20%) with plenty of savoury characteristics the result. Char, black pepper and raspberries dipped in dark chocolate get you in the mood. The fruit sways through the mouth at a neat tempo flanked by soft spices. Still a little tense, bright acid and a long finish cap off a more than satisfying drop.
Drink now to six years.
