Majella Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

It's been a while between drinks so I took the opportunity to have a look at this Majella Cabernet at the Coonawarra Roadshow. Solid Cabernet as ever.


Dark fruit aplenty with oodles of savoury characteristics. Sage and dried herbs are prominent as elegant waves of mint roll through. Fine spices and dark chocolate add more interest before a drying finish - perhaps too dry. This will keep for many years yet.
