What a lovely drink! There are no bells and whistles, just an honest Shiraz with a passionate heartbeat.
Plump blackberry fruit rolls around the mouth with a thread of mintiness and dried sage lapping at your feet. A dab of fruit sweetness is welcome before drying and sapping cocoa-like tannins coat the mouth. I'd have a second glass.
