Sensational Pinot Gris. This is on the dance floor and everyone is watching.
It's such a focused wine. There's a delightful fruit purity walking hand in hand with textural feels. White fleshed nectarine, poached pears and flint before superfine ginger spices caress the finish. Dig a little deeper to find lemon juice with a delicate creamy presence. The minerally drive is the clincher for me though - brilliant stuff and then some. Pour this large and kick back with friends who laugh lots.
Drink now to five years.
