Hand-picked fruit with 10% whole bunches, it sees 8 months in large format oak.
Black pepper and char leap out from the outset. Some charred steak and a granite like feel through the mouth adds a minerally interest. Dark plums and mulberry fruit sit beneath that blanket of savoury goodness with touches of aniseed. Bright red apple acidity charms the finish with a sprinkle of pepper for good measure. Good stuff.
