A big boy for not a lot of dough.
Powerful aromas of cedar, mocha, dark chocolate and black fruit spill from the glass. The sweetness of caramel purrs through too. Big and rich to taste, dark chocolate and dried herbs can't be missed. A drying finish with a sprinkle of pepper to close. Pretty handy barbecue wine.
Drink now to five years.
