Carrick Unravelled Pinot Noir 2019

Playful and bright, this has some booty too. This is Carrick's entry-level Pinot made from the younger certified organic vines on the property.

Lovely juicy dark berry fruit plus canned plums. There are flashes of blackberries, too, which are fanned by dried thyme a hint of sage. With a sleek delivery, it is terrifically approachable. Good times come easy with wines like these. Tapas and wine bar kinda feels.

Drink to five years.
