Although quite traditional in style, the colours of the Parker Terra Rossa range labels capture the eye well. Good drinking Merlot this too to lure your taste buds.
Fistfuls of dark fruit provide plenty of generosity. Aromas of green and dried herbs skip from the glass along with cassis and blackcurrant. Oak plays its part without stealing the show. Drying and puckering in the mouth, there's a 'come back for more' itch to it. So I do, only to see a nutty and dried olive character. A wine that's more savoury than fruit - that's for sure. A pleaser nonetheless. Tick.
