Ten Minutes by Tractor McCutcheon Chardonnay 2016

Serious pulling power. The tension and density of the fruit captivating.

Fellow scribe Andrew Graham penned the press release comment and says this is a wine of 'coiled power and weight'. Bang on. It's certainly wound up ready to unleash.

Whole bunch pressed and wild yeast fermented, complete MLF and bottled after 11 months in French oak (20% new).

Soft vanilla, grilled fig and nuttiness adds to the beauty. The fruit keeps tight at the finish and is wrapped up in a fine ginger nut spice which just hangs long. Gorgeous.

Great drinking now to ten years.
